Prasena offers a permanent knowledge-sharing platform to HR Heads, within its HR Club. This program helps participants to identify, analyze and share viewpoints and experiences on the latest HRM trends affecting their organizations. It is most beneficial to those HR Heads that are expected by their business leaders to fulfill the role of an operational or even strategic business partner. They should be fully responsible for the entire scope of HR management, and should strive to keep up-to-date with the evolution of HRM around the world, so as to prepare recommendations for their Executive Committee regarding improvement and/or upgrade measures. The knowledge-sharing sessions focus on themes or issues requested or selected by the participants, and endeavor to optimize exchanges through workshops, games, facilitated dialogue and networking.
