Dr.
Passi has been developing concept papers on different aspects of distance
education. Articles have been developed about problems and issues of research,
material production, students support services, enhancing interactivity,
integrating learning resources, and collaborative networking. Apart from that,
Dr. Passi has developed policy documents and articles in the areas of process
norms.
