Welcome and Assignment to Participants (YOU) at 0945

Arrival of the kids at the Park at around 0945

They will then take the bikes and join us at the meeting point where K Visit will introduce them to the Creativity Parcour and build teams of 3-4 children
They will be given a print in hands with picture of the different stations that they have to visit in a special order and where they have to fulfill a special task within 10-15 minutes. (This means you will get about 10 teams during these 2 hours where you have to explain them what they have to do, it can be that sometimes two team arrive simultaneously so you might then have to adapt your game a bit)
When these kids have fulfilled their task at your station, you sign them off with your signature (ensure that they came to you in the right order)
The teams of kids will have to find these stations by themselves by looking at the pictures on the map, following the order given to them by me
At the end they have to have visited and 'passed' all the stations/ tasks and prove this to the organization team and 'official' game judge (K Visit and myself)

We will then have prepared lunch for the kids at 1230 (just food that we buy at the food stalls in front of the park) and we will join all together (there is no better way to make Thaïs feel more relaxed and comfortable than in having a nice lunch together and they for sure will very much enjoy seeing Farrangs eating Thai Hawker food.
During lunch you should try to interact with the kids and continue with entertaining them (EVERY IDEA ON CLOWNERY, ARTISITIC, MUSIC OR WHATE EVER ELSE IS VERY VERY MUCH WELCOME) Additionally we will have Steve Groh and his team with us. Steve is a representative of Cirque du Soleil and works with streetkids in Bangkok since more than 7 years! He will bring juggling tools, trampolines and other cirques tools with him and the kids can then interact and try by themselves.

I will bring a big world map with me so we can show to the kids from where we all come and therefore the kids can then say that they have friends from the Thailand, UK, Iraq, India, USA, France, Australia, Switzerland...)
After that at around 1400 we will have the announcement of the Winner team (We will find out that after having gone through difficult calculations and analysis of the result papers we found out that all teams by strange co-incidence are same good - therefore ALL ARE WINNERS!

They will all be given little tokens and present from us as a memory, i have over 35 cd's from Bakery Music, Will have a unice CID T-shirt and we will have more presents from the 'Le Meridien' Hotel Bangkok. Additionally to this all the toys and tools (paper, colors, stationary) used during the Games will be given to the kids and their organizations

After this at around 1430, some of us might be able to join the kids to the very close I-MAX theatre the kids and their support will be invited to join one 3D movie at the I-MAX theatre commencing at 1500. We will watch the latest 3D movie - the 'Xmas man and the Snowman' (a story about friendship). After the movie at around 1540 we will invite all the kids and their supporters for some fun-food at the I-MAX theatre.

After this we will have busses organized to pick up the kids and bring them back safe!

After 1400 The others (none-kids) of you have then finally time to meet each others and indulge in some discussions among creative experts. if you bring your swim suit along you can even have jump into the very nice open swimming pool just beside the place we are. (the reason why we do not integrate swimming with the kids is because of reasons for safety, problem with park administration and most of the kids do not own a swimsuit)
