WebCast presentation, using the WebCast at http://www.alado.net/dctwebcast.htm Make sure you are there ahead of time, for at least 30 minutes you should ensure your computer and your audio is working fine. You can be where ever you want, but make sure that your Internet connection is working well ahead of the time. The participation during these webcast will count to your class participation grade (20% of the whole performance grade)

Have a look at the Graziella Hotel in Weggis' website (i hope you are able to find it yourself). They want to make total make-over of their site and need your help in design and webmarketing!
First step: Find first 6 other swiss or international comparable wellness hotel websites and send me their url and you short explanation why you selected them until wednesday night of week 7 by simple text mail and wait for my feedback ... then start working on

Your definition of what a wellness hotel based in switzerland SHOULD promote, should stand for. Perhaps first look out for a definition of what a wellnesshotel would mean for you as a potential tourist. Do a little survey with some of your dct school mates or even your family back home and ask them what would be the most important points to choose the Graziella hotel over any other hotel in switzerland (2-3 slides)
screenshots of 6 other wellnesshotels (medium size) that are comparable to the graziella that you like in look and design. Explain in the notes pages what is different and why or what you like about those sites. (6-7 slides)
Add as well one slide where you research about the links that the other hotels have in google search for "link: www.xxxx.com". Follow up on those links and suggest about 4-5 portals where we should link the graziella as well to. (4-5 slides)
Create one slide with the current metatags of the Graziella and use the web to translated them as good as possible from german to english. (1 slide)
Send me your slides as well as upload your presentation to slideshare.net and send me the weblink
(for week 8) Create a Excel comparison list with the Graziella hotel and your chosen 6 other Wellnesshotels and compare/ list its meta tags (meta title, description and keywords. No problem if there are a mix of languages. Send this list to me by mail attachment and wait for my feedback.

Create a business letter in Word to the Management of the Graziella where you summarize your research and suggestions
This project is NOT teamwork. If any of the suggested comparison websites or link sites are same, i will ask you to find others (depending on who sends them first to me) . This project can as well NOT be done alone, you MUST connect regularly with me and send me your thoughts, updates and questions. This projects counts for an overall of 25% of your whole grade
Learning Outcomes: The project are always real-world assignment, please approach it NOT as a artificial homework but as a real business assignment. At the end your deliveries should be on a 100% professional level, so that I actually could use it in the REAL WORLD
ATTENTION no classroom training after monday of week 7 during projectweeks 7/8/9. BUT this does not mean freetime! You must ensure collaboration and communication with me as often as needed starting this week.
