First exercise: visit the online presentation of the Alado Virtual Conference Site and try to understand what such a platform could be used for within your own work environment.

Second exercise: Have a look at Global Learn Day VI online event, and check what has been done there to spread information and reach the world. Check following sites:

Identify the benefits of such an event, and discuss weather Indonesia should participate in GLDVII

Third exercise: Visit Prasena's surveys page and choose to access either:
Are you managing your knowledge? - survey or Does your organization tap its intellectual resources? - teaser

Express your opinion on the easiness and the value of such online surveys [Note: these surveys are 'teasers' rather than professional tools, but they demonstrate a data gathering method]. Identify issues or potential problems related to this method.

Fourth exercise: Visit Prasena's virtual office and use login:prasena and password:guest. Check out what can be done and what could be the usage of such a virtual office. Discuss with your partner if such a feature exists at your workplace and if not, would it be a valuable addition to your current working tools

Fifth exercise: Check different search engines and try to identify their comparitive advantages. Try to find information about:Your name (or if you do not wish to use your own name, just use 'Lukas Ritzel' (try all in small letters as well as with Capital);Indonesia National Family Planning; 'What is the World largest country'

use Kartoo - Googles - Ask. Explain the differences and assess which search engine is doing the best job on speed, quality, search parameter, finding the relevant information or giving the correct answer, creativity and relation between different sites. Try to play around with Capital and small letters.

Check some more specific search sites and portals and assess their usefulness for your own workenvironment:

Sixth exercise: Visit two different Health-related sites and discuss on the usabillity of these online health record systems:
MedBroadcast and DrGlobe! Would Indonesian legal system support such systems or not.

Seventh exercise: Visit different simulation sites and discuss if this could be used in your own health related topic and if yes, what could you imagine being showed with a simulation - Rabbit Population and SmogCity

Eighth exercise: Go in the eMatrix site, then decide to which of the nine main change factors [explained by I Michelete during the first day] would the following Websites be associated:
