The idea of Prasena's Virtual University is to offer a meeting point for people of all ages, cultures and specializations to better understand the Cybernetic Revolution and its impact on their lives.   • China, July 2005 - Prasena conducted a three-day training and workshop for Fedex China HR, on the HR function as a strategic business partner. The introductory presentation was a summary of the global market trends and the effect of socio-economic upheavals on business in general and the HR function in particular. Lectures
Lectures are designed for all. Their objective is to inform on a specific topic, event or trend, to describe facts and/or to provide interpretations and opinions. The Lectures may or may not be videoed. If they are videoed, they will be handled three times so as to fit American, European and Asian times.

Lectures will occur whenever an interesting topic arises. Once a lecture is over, its videoed version and/or its written version will be available for consultation online.

Professional Seminars
Professional Seminars are designed for Middle Managers and specialists. Their objective is to update participants on a specific concept or technique, and to provide them with concrete solutions for implementation. The Seminars are structured as eight online sessions within two days.

There will be around 3-4 Professional Seminars organized per year. Each seminar will be handled three times so as to fit American, European and Asian times. Once a seminar is over, its videoed sessions and support materials will be available for consultation online.

School Classes
School Classes are designed for Junior Managers, professionals and students. Their objective is to train participants on a specific tool or system, and to guide them through case studies and practice. The Classes are structured as two online sessions (half a day), every two weeks, up to a total of 16 sessions (4 months).

There will be 3 School Classes programs organized per year. Each session will be handled three times so as to fit American, European and Asian times. Once a session is over, the videoed lecture and support materials will be available for consultation online.
